Kent primary schools finals

Great swims from two of our swimmers at the Kent primary schools finals.
Oscar Wilson and Ben Cooper made it through all the heats to the finals.
Ben came in 5th place in 50m butterfly. and Oscar came in 5th place in 50m breaststroke PB'ing with a 45.07

Top Squad Land Training

As of Saturday 5 April, TRX Suspension Training will take place each week between 9.00-9.45am at Charlton Lido. 
Can you please email Jacqui Lombardi by midday Fridays of each week (at ) to confirm your slot (as there are max. 20 spaces).  Any spare spaces will be offered to Junior Top, who will be informed on Friday afternoons.



Good Friday: St Michaels, Otford (Dolphins, Bronze, Silver & Gold) -No Training.

Easter Saturday: Charlton Lido TRX Session -
Top Squad 9.00 - 9.45am  Charlton Lido Swim Session:
