South East Regional Results
Congratulations to Miren Elphick, Grace Begley-Hunter, Charlie Knight and Andrey Brightwell for their performances in the South East Regional Championships. Charlie received the trophy for 7th place in the BAGCATs (points are allocated for each category of swim and added together for an overall total in each age group). He swam in seven races coming 4th in the 400m individual medley, 5th in the 100m breastroke, 9th in the 100m freestyle, 6th in the 200m breastroke, 8th in the 400m freestyle and qualified for the finals in both the 200IM and 200m freestyle coming 6th and 8th respectively. Andrey placed 11th in the 200m breaststroke and 14th in the 100m breastroke despite a knee injury. Both girls set long course pbs with Grace placing 6th in the final for the girls 16/over 50m breaststroke and 9th for 100m breaststroke. Miren and Grace both placed 18th in 50m fly for their age groups. Miren placed 39th for her 50m free and 37th for her 100m free.

Summer Timetable
The Summer Timetable will commence on Sunday, 01 August (Dolphins will be able to train as usual that morning but there will be no Sunday evening training) as follows:
Minnnows - Friday’s as per usual
Dolphins - Friday and Sunday as usual (except Sunday 29 Aug)
Bronze & Silver - Monday & Wednesday (7.00–8.00pm), Friday as usual
Gold & Top - Monday & Wednesday (8.00–9.30pm), Friday as usual
