With effect from January 2008 County and Junior Top squads are merged to form the new Top Squad, and Senior Top and Junior Club have merged to form the new Club Squad. With effect from 1 st January 2008 fees for Club and Top Squads will be amended shown. These fees take account the new training schedule which comes in place from January.
