Hazel has been a member of DDSC since 1957. She is a qualified ASA Swimming teacher and advanced teacher. Hazel is also an ASA coach and Kent Official. DDSC has given Hazel the honorary position of Life President in recognition of the dedication and hard work she has given over the years to the club. |

Andrea coaches swimmers in the Dolphins, Bronze and Silver squads, working on technique, water skills and building confidence in preparation for early competitions. As the Club’s National Plan Co-ordinator, she is also responsible for organising the assessments of the swimmers in our Minnows to Silver squads. Andrea is also currently Team Manager for the Millennium League. |

Emma is a qualified level 2 ASA swimming teacher. She has been involved in swimming for 15 years where she has instructed as a Helper and then qualified as an Assistant. She then went on to pass |

Lynda is an ASA Licensed Level 2 Coach and a Fellow of the Institute of Swimming with 12 years coaching experience. Lynda coaches our Top squad swimmers, where there is an increase in the amount of millage and number of sessions available while still working on improving technique with advanced skills & drills. There is an introduction to race pacing and anaerobic work preparing the swimmers for County, District and National levels. Lynda is also responsible for the Junior Development Squad for those swimmers who show dedication and potential but are not yet old enough to be in Top Squad. Lynda aims “To get the very best from every swimmer through hard work and with an element of fun.” |

Vicki is a Level 1 qualified Teacher and Coach studying for her Level 2 qualification. Vicki teaches swimmers in the Minnows and Dolphins squads helping them gain water confidence and to be at ease exploring early techniques ready for when they move up to Stage 4 under the National Plan for Teaching Swimming as per the ASA guidelines. Vicki also swims in the Master section of the Club. |
